TRANQUILLO GmbH is a Dresden-based, owner-managed company specializing in fair fashion and home goods. We design our collections in Germany and produce them with long-standing partners. We operate eleven stores in Germany and an online shop, which almost exclusively features our own home and fashion collections. We also operate internationally as a wholesaler.

Sales Representative / Business Development (m/f/d)

Fair fashion and home, field and office staff

35 to 40 hours per week


Your tasks

  • Support and expansion of our existing customers
  • Acquisition and winning of new customers in the fashion and home sector in the DACH region and neighboring European countries
  • Building and supporting our freelance sales force
  • Advising our customers on our products
  • Independent execution of product presentations
  • Market and competitor analysis as well as identification of new business opportunities
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs as well as active support in trade fair preparation and on-site support
  • Close collaboration with the sales administration and management

That's what we want from you

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Extensive sales experience; experience in the fashion and home sectors is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel during the seasonal collections – primarily within Germany, occasionally internationally. Varied assignments offering exciting insights into different markets.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills, both written and spoken, are desirable.

For our back office in Dresden, we are immediately seeking a dedicated, trustworthy and well-organized individual to manage our contracts, handle administrative tasks, and support our human resources department on a full-time basis.


Your tasks

  • Performing administrative tasks in human resources
  • Support in applicant management and employee administration
  • Assistance in the preparation of employment contracts and documents
  • Managing contracts, including deadlines
  • Monitoring of ongoing contracts
  • Applying for, maintaining and monitoring special permits for our retail stores
  • Supporting sustainability management in administrative tasks
  • Organization and coordination of internal processes – from document management to the appointment calendar
  • Coordination and processing of orders for consumables

That's what we want from you

  • You have completed training as an office clerk.
  • You have basic knowledge of human resources as well as a practical, proven understanding of business processes.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, and are familiar with project management tools like Asana.
  • You are discreet, reliable, and pragmatic.
  • You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner.
  • You enjoy working in small teams and are skilled at organizing.
  • You communicate respectfully and have a very good command of German and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
