That’s Tranquillo.
For almost 25 years, we have been creating fashion and home accessories that bring joy. People, cultures and craftsmanship from all over the world inspire our work. In doing so, we pursue clear goals: we produce fairly, use responsible materials and create designs that are built to last.
How it all began
Tranquillo started out as a small shop in Dresden’s Neustadt district. The shop stocked incense sticks, colourful fabrics and curiosities from all over the world. It was here that the idea for a new brand took shape. The brand combines a zest for life, fairness and sustainability.
Christian and Michael have been running the company together since 2002. They bring a wealth of ideas and curiosity to the table. The two founders are committed to creating beautiful and responsible products. In 2024, Katrin joined the team. She now supports the founders as managing director.
