Assistant/Mini-job/Working Student (m/f/d)
2 to 10 h / week
Workplace: Branches in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain
Are you flexible, proactive, and quickly feel at home in different teams? As a floater, you will support our four Berlin branches wherever you are needed, ensuring a smooth sales process every day.
Your tasks
- Customer consultation
- Decoration
- Cash register management
- Goods receipt and inventory support
- Handling returns and exchanges, as well as complaints and problem-solving for customers
- Monitoring order and cleanliness in the store
What we are looking for
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement – we warmly welcome career changers to enrich our team
- Ideally, you have a commercial education in retail, but experience and enthusiasm for sales and interacting with people are equally important
- Friendliness, reliability, and a confident approach with customers are a given for us
- Harmonious cooperation is important to us; we treat each other as equals

We design our collections in Germany and produce them in collaboration with long-standing partners. We operate eleven shops in Germany and an online shop, where you’ll find almost exclusively our own homeware and fashion collections. We also operate internationally as a wholesaler.
