Up to 20 hours per week
Your responsibilities
- Customer service
- Decorating
- Cashier duties
- Goods receipt and assistance with stock-taking
- Handling returns and exchanges, as well as complaints and problem-solving for customers
- Ensuring the shop is tidy and clean
What we’re looking for
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not a strict requirement – we warmly welcome people from other backgrounds to join our team
- Ideally, you’ll have commercial training in retail, but experience and enthusiasm for sales and working with people are equally important
- Friendliness, reliability and confidence in dealing with customers are a given for us
- A harmonious working environment is important to us; we treat each other as equals
