Your Tasks
- Customer advice
- Decoration
- Cashier duties
- Goods receipt and support with inventory
- Handling returns and exchanges, as well as complaints and problem-solving for customers
- Monitoring order and cleanliness in the store
What we are looking for
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement – we warmly welcome career changers to enrich our team
- Ideally, you have commercial training in retail, but experience and enthusiasm for sales and interacting with people are equally important
- Friendliness, reliability, and confident interaction with customers are a matter of course for us

- Assisting the store manager with training new employees

We operate eleven shops in Germany and an online shop, where you’ll find almost exclusively our own homeware and fashion collections. We also operate internationally as a wholesaler.
