Sales Assistant (m/w/d)
Part-time: 18 to 25 hours per week
Your responsibilities
- Advising customers
- Shop display
- Cashier duties
- Ordering stock
- Receiving goods and assisting with stock-taking
- Handling returns and exchanges, as well as dealing with complaints and resolving issues for customers
- Ensuring the shop is tidy and clean
- Assisting the store manager with training new staff
What we’re looking for in you
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not a strict requirement – we warmly welcome career changers to join our team
- Ideally, you will have commercial training in retail, but experience and enthusiasm for sales and working with people are equally important
- Friendliness, reliability and confidence in dealing with customers are a given for us
- A harmonious working environment is important to us; we treat each other as equals
