Part-time 30 to 35 hours/week
Your tasks
- Customer consultation
- Decoration
- Cash register operation
- Ordering goods
- Goods receipt and support with inventory
- Management of returns and exchanges, as well as complaints and problem-solving for customers
- Monitoring order and cleanliness in the store
- Support and absence representation for the branch manager
- Training new employees
What we expect from you
- Experience in sales; sales experience in the fashion and home sector is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement – we warmly welcome career changers to enrich our team
- Ideally, you have commercial training in retail, but experience and enthusiasm for sales and interacting with people are equally important
- Friendliness, reliability, and confident customer interaction are a given for us
- Harmonious teamwork is important to us; we interact with each other as equals

We design our collections in Germany and produce them in collaboration with long-standing partners. We operate eleven shops in Germany and an online shop, where you’ll find almost exclusively our own homeware and fashion collections. We also operate internationally as a wholesaler.
