Terms and conditions for the Instagram competition

2. Eligibility to participate
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Employees of Tranquillo GmbH and their families are excluded from participation. Participation via competition agencies or automated services is not permitted.

3. Participation
Participation is exclusively via our Instagram post. To participate, the following conditions must be met:

4. Prize and notification
The product set described in the contest post will be raffled off. The winner(s ) will be randomly selected and notified in the comments below the post on the date specified in the post.
The winner must contact us via direct message within 5 days. Otherwise, the prize will be drawn again.

5. Shipping
The prize will be shipped free of charge within Germany. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

6. Data protection
The data collected as part of the competition (Instagram username, address if applicable) will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy .

7. Release from Instagram
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram in any way. Legal recourse is excluded.
