This soap dish is made in a workshop in Jaipur that carries on the Blue Pottery craft. More than 100 potters from several villages work in the project. Made from fine ceramic and refined with mineral colours and a glaze, a smooth, almost pore-free surface is created that brings out the bright colours intensely. Every step, shaping, painting and glazing, requires skill.
